For more than two decades, Lora Carlisle has been dedicated to serving clients and supporting top-producing real estate professionals across the Texas Hill Country. Her real estate career began in 2002, she worked as an Administrative Assistant for a high-volume agent. During those early years—long before paid placement was common—Lora was part of pioneering efforts to elevate online real estate visibility through enhanced websites and strategic content creation.

In 2006, Lora worked as the Administrative Assistant for one of the company’s Top 5 Real Estate Teams. There, she gained extensive experience in every facet of the business, refining the skills needed to guide both buyers and sellers successfully through their transactions. Her commitment, knowledge, and passion for helping clients achieve their goals became the hallmark of her work.

Lora continued to grow her expertise as she balanced both administrative leadership and hands-on client service. In 2025, she made the decision to focus exclusively on her own clients while creating more space for time at home—a choice that reflects her desire to provide a deeply personalized real estate experience.

Lora believes that real estate is about more than property—it’s about people. A resident of Boerne since 1993, Lora and her husband, Tim, raised their daughter and son in the community they love. Today, Lora is a proud grandmother to two energetic grandsons born just five weeks apart. In her spare time, she enjoys Bible studies with friends, hiking, traveling, and staying active whenever possible.
