Bio

Chris began his real estate career in 2017 after 10 years in farm & ranch, residential, and commercial lending. His lending background helped him get a step ahead in his real estate career by already having a strong background in business development, the lending process, the buying/selling process, the appraisal process, and title work. Chris was a top producer at his past real estate firm all four years and was a Platinum top 50 finalist for the San Antonio Board of Realtors in 2021. Chris took advantage of the first opportunity he had to become a real estate broker to help provide even better service to his clients. He became a licensed broker in September of 2021, which was a huge first step in being able to start HighRidge Land and Homes.

Chris specializes in ranch and residential properties in the Texas Hill Country and beyond. He has been a member of the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers for over 15 years. First, as an affiliate member during his banking career, where he served as a director for two terms. Chris served as the President of Texas Alliance of Land Brokers in 2021. Chris is also a member of the Kerrville Board of Realtors, San Antonio Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He is a graduate of Leadership Kerr County and plans to stay involved in the community as much as possible.

Chris graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and graduated from the University of Phoenix-Dallas with a Master’s Degree in General Business. Chris believes in the value of exceptional customer service, integrity, and professionalism. He brings a wealth of knowledge in marketing, sales/business development, management and negotiating, which are valuable tools in helping his clients with the purchase or sale of their property.

Chris lives in Kerrville with his wife, Erin, son Chance and their two dogs. In Chris’s spare time he enjoys hunting, playing golf, traveling, watching sports, and rooting for Texas Tech.
